You hereby confirm that all information provided during this registration process is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of your registration or termination of your account.

3. Document Verification
  • All uploaded documents (PAN Card, GST Certificate, CIN documents) will be verified by our team.
  • The PAN number embedded in your GSTIN must match the company PAN number provided.
  • Registration approval is subject to successful verification of all submitted documents.
4. Data Privacy

Your personal and business data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Portal Usage

Access to the DCR Verification Portal is granted solely for legitimate business purposes. Misuse of the portal, including unauthorized data extraction or system manipulation, is strictly prohibited.

7. Compliance

Registered companies must comply with all DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) guidelines issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). Non-compliance may result in penalties or account suspension.
